Orders over $150 in the Metro-Boston area qualify for FREE delivery. Orders under $150 have a $25 flat delivery fee. (See Map)
Currently our Next Day Moulding fleet fulfills orders throughout Massachusetts, Rhode Island and parts of Maine, Vermont and New Hampshire.
We currently ship Monday through Friday except major holidays. All orders placed before 3pm EST will deliver the next business day. For questions or for more information regarding local delivery options, please email email@example.com.
All in-stock orders placed before 3 p.m. EST will ship the next business day.
Products ordered from outside our current local delivery area will be shipped via UPS ground to the lower 48 states. Products shipped via UPS ground cannot exceed 8 feet in length, except Flex Moulding, and are subject to a calculated shipping fee based on the dimensional weight of your order at checkout.

NDM Return Policy
Our return policy is 30 days from date of purchase. You will receive a full refund on the material so long as the material is in re-sellable condition. You will not receive a refund for the shipping costs in or outbound between our facility and your location. Product must be shipped back in original packaging to be eligible for credit. Product that returns to our facility in unsellable condition will not be credited. No Partial credit for material will be given.

Customer is responsible for paying shipping costs to return your item. Original Freight costs are non-refundable.
We recommend sending us your tracking information for any packages you are returning. We also recommend purchasing insurance for any packages you return to us. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds (if applicable)
If your items are approved for a refund, we will notify you via email along with the amount that will be applied back to your original form of payment(credit/debit card provided at point of purchase). This will be applied within 5-7 business days. We do not issue credit for freight costs in or outbound to our facility.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives to you damaged or broken, please be sure to send us a picture of the issue to email@example.com If the product is unusable we will ship a replacement out immediately, no charge to you.
